The Architecture of Time: Why We Should Stop Chasing Yesterday

The Architecture of Time: Why We Should Stop Chasing Yesterday

The Complexity of the Dimension

Time is a deceptive thing. We often treat it as a simple line, but in reality, it is a complex labyrinth that defies easy understanding. As an engineer, I often think about time as a dimension, but as a seeker, I realize it is something far greater than our calculations.

 "સમય એક જટીલ વસ્તુ છે. એક માણસ તરીકે તમારું સૌથી શ્રેષ્ઠ સ્થાન તમે અત્યારે જ્યાં છો ત્યાં જ છે, બીજી કશે નહીં."

The Danger of the "What If?"

We often fantasize about moving backward or forward in time to fix our past mistakes. But we must be careful. Tampering with the timeline—even in our minds—can lead to consequences beyond our imagination. One small change in the past doesn't simplify the labyrinth; it makes it more tangled.

When we dwell on other times or places, we tend to create new complications. We make mistakes, try to hide them with more mistakes, and create a cycle of restlessness.

The Best Place to Be

The most important lesson I have learned is this: Your best and most powerful position as a human being is exactly where you are right now. Not in the past, and not in an imagined future.

Instead of trying to manipulate time, we should aim to understand its simplest property: it moves forward at a steady, determined pace. When we respect this flow, we finally find the "brakes" for our racing minds.

A Purpose Greater Than Ourselves

Everything has an end; that is a truth we cannot change. Rather than trying to escape time, we should use it fully to do something good for human civilization. Before time existed, there was the eternal universe—and even when our time ends, that eternity remains.
